Key Responsibilities:

• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will spearhead the efforts to deliver high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions to clients, guiding them through various phases from problem identification and diagnosis to solution design, development, and implementation.
• Your responsibilities will include reviewing consultant-prepared proposals, providing insights, and analyzing the proposed solutions to address client business challenges while identifying potential risks and issues.
• You will assess change management needs and suggest a structured strategy for clients to manage changes using diverse communication methods.
• Additionally, you will mentor and create a vision for your team, offering subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and inspiring team members through timely feedback and recognition for outstanding performance.
• You will play a vital role in both unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added consulting solutions to clients, while adhering to the organization's guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• Core competencies in Internet of Things (IoT), Contact Center (CC), and Genesys Network Contact Center solutions.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive understanding of software configuration management systems.
• Strong business insight, strategic thinking, and cross-industry thought leadership.
• Up-to-date awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, along with a collaborative mindset.
• Knowledge of two or three industry domains.
• Understanding of the financial processes related to various project types and the different pricing models available.
• Effective client interfacing capabilities.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience in project and team management.
