• Review business requirements and convert them into clear, actionable technical requirements
• Create comprehensive business analyses that outline problems, opportunities, and solutions
• Carry out activities related to data wrangling, model building, and model deployment
• Keep up with the newest research and technologies, and share your knowledge across the enterprise
• Drive initiatives that enhance team morale, strengthen camaraderie, and promote collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• A day in the life of an Infoscion
• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary responsibility will be to lead engagement efforts—delivering high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers across all stages, from problem definition and diagnosis to solution design, development, and deployment
• Examine proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the proposed solutions to identify potential risks and issues related to the client’s business problems
• Identify change management requirements and propose a structured client approach to manage change, leveraging multiple communication mechanisms
• Coach the team, build a clear vision, deliver subject matter training within your focus areas, and motivate and inspire team members through timely, effective feedback and recognition for high performance
• Act as a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives, ensuring delivery of high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions aligned with organizational guidelines and processes
