General Manager HSE

We are seeking an experienced General Manager – HSE to lead Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives across multiple construction projects. The role involves ensuring zero harm, legal and ISO compliance, and driving a proactive safety culture while implementing robust HSE systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HSE operations across 4–5 construction projects ensuring safety, legal, and ISO compliance.
• Implement and monitor safety management systems, audits, and inspections.
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs for project teams.
• Establish environmental controls and compliance measures at project sites.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure adherence to safety policies.
• Track, analyze, and report HSE performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; certifications in HSE are a plus.
• 20+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in civil engineering or construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, ISO standards, and environmental compliance.
