Job Description

  • Lead, plan, and monitor execution of multiple real estate projects simultaneously.
  • Oversee construction activities from start to finish, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage and guide the Project Team, Site Engineers, Contractors, and Vendors.
  • Ensure strict compliance with RERA, Building Codes, Quality Standards, and Safety Norms.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to the Management.
  • Handle contractor negotiations, cost control, material approvals, and site inspections.

Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E. (Civil Engineering)

Professional Qualifications: PMP Certification, Primavera/MS Project skills preferred.

Experience: 8–12 years (preferably in Real Estate sector)

Specific Skills: Project Management Skills (must be strong). Team Leadership – Ability to manage teams across multiple sites. Technical Expertise in RCC, MEP, Finishing works, and Project Execution. Vendor & Stakeholder Management. Cost and Time Management. Problem-solving and Decision-making ability. Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

Personal characteristics: Leadership Must have handled large site teams independently.
