Primary Duties:

• Design, develop, and implement AI models and systems utilizing Python, Gen AI, Agentic AI, and other pertinent technologies.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and devise AI-driven solutions.
• Engage with extensive datasets to train and evaluate AI models, refining their performance.
• Employ Prompt Engineering methodologies to enhance the overall effectiveness of AI systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues within AI systems to guarantee optimal performance and dependability.
• Offer technical expertise and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to enhancing overall code quality.

Technical Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of software development experience, with at least 2 years focused on Gen AI development.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, Gen AI, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing complex issues and formulating innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, adept at working within cross-functional teams.

Additional Qualifications:

• Certification in AI or a related domain, such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified AI Engineer.
• Familiarity with other AI frameworks and technologies, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Knowledge of containerization methodologies using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with agile development processes and version control systems like Git.
• A solid understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices.
• Experience with DevOps methodologies, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud computing services such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
