Core Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI models and systems utilizing Python, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and other pertinent technologies.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and devise AI-driven solutions.
• Engage with extensive datasets to train and evaluate AI models, enhancing their performance.
• Employ Prompt Engineering strategies to elevate the overall efficiency of AI systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues within AI systems to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.
• Offer technical guidance and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to enhancing overall code quality.

Technical Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in software development, including at least 1 year of direct experience in Generative AI development.
• Strong command of the Python programming language.
• Practical experience with LangChain, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze intricate issues and formulate innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Additional Qualifications:

• Certification in AI or a related domain, such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified AI Engineer.
• Experience with other AI frameworks and technologies, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, specifically Git.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Experience of 1-2 years.
