Job Description:

• Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) projects, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
• Design, build, and deploy Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Points of View (POVs) to demonstrate the impact and potential of Generative AI across multiple industry verticals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, software development, and business stakeholders, to integrate AI/ML solutions into cloud environments, primarily on Azure.
• Oversee the deployment, scaling, and optimization of deep learning-based AI applications in production environments.
• Provide guidance on best practices for model training, evaluation, and deployment, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Mentor team members and foster knowledge sharing to build internal capabilities in Generative AI and LLM technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest research, frameworks, and tools in AI/ML to bring innovative solutions to business challenges.
