Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations.
- Operate independently to provide high-quality consulting services aligned with Oracle methodologies and leading practices.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective payroll solutions.
- Configure Payroll and related HCM modules (Core HR, Self-Service, Absence) to meet business needs.
- Design and develop complex Fast Formulas and Retro functionalities to support payroll calculations.
- Prepare detailed functional documentation including requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis, test scripts, and setup documentation.
- Conduct design workshops, build workbooks, and create documentation to support system configuration.
- Collaborate with technical teams to guide integrations, data conversions, and report development.
- Identify, assess, and resolve complex functional and technical issues.
- Participate in business development and client engagement activities.
- Mentor team members and contribute to project delivery excellence.
- Ensure smooth coordination across technical and functional streams for successful implementations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of experience, with 3–4 full life cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Strong functional expertise in Fusion Payroll (end-to-end implementations).
- Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas and Retro functionalities.
- Proficiency in Core HR and Self-Service modules.
- Experience preparing functional deliverables including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and setup documents.
- Exposure to Oracle EBS HRMS R12 with understanding of R12.2 upgrade projects.
- Basic technical exposure to HCM data models and PL/SQL.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
Good-to-Have:
- Knowledge of Finance modules and related business flows.
- Experience with US or global payroll implementations.
- Exposure to architecture and design workshops, and experience in conducting Conference Room Pilots (CRPs).
- Experience working in client-facing roles for configuration and solution delivery.
