Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations.
  • Operate independently to provide high-quality consulting services aligned with Oracle methodologies and leading practices.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into effective payroll solutions.
  • Configure Payroll and related HCM modules (Core HR, Self-Service, Absence) to meet business needs.
  • Design and develop complex Fast Formulas and Retro functionalities to support payroll calculations.
  • Prepare detailed functional documentation including requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis, test scripts, and setup documentation.
  • Conduct design workshops, build workbooks, and create documentation to support system configuration.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to guide integrations, data conversions, and report development.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve complex functional and technical issues.
  • Participate in business development and client engagement activities.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to project delivery excellence.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across technical and functional streams for successful implementations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience, with 3–4 full life cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Strong functional expertise in Fusion Payroll (end-to-end implementations).
  • Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas and Retro functionalities.
  • Proficiency in Core HR and Self-Service modules.
  • Experience preparing functional deliverables including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and setup documents.
  • Exposure to Oracle EBS HRMS R12 with understanding of R12.2 upgrade projects.
  • Basic technical exposure to HCM data models and PL/SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's in Business Administration (MBA).

Good-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of Finance modules and related business flows.
  • Experience with US or global payroll implementations.
  • Exposure to architecture and design workshops, and experience in conducting Conference Room Pilots (CRPs).
  • Experience working in client-facing roles for configuration and solution delivery.
