Functional Test Tester

Key Responsibilities

• Mandatory experience of at least 3–5 years in Timecard management and scheduling modules of any packaged tool like Kronos, Legion, or any other tool.
• Review functional and technical requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute functional testing, system testing, and integration testing of WFM modules.
• Perform defect identification, logging, and retesting in collaboration with developers.
• Validate scheduling and timecard workflows to ensure business rules are correctly implemented.
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand requirements and clarify ambiguities.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support and coordinate with end-users.
• Identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements to testing practices.
• Ensure compliance with QA processes, SLAs, and project timelines.
