Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of senior backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA engineers
Drive the development, maintenance, and optimization of a large-scale, modern fullstack search platform
Ensure timely resolution of production issues and incidents across the stack
Collaborate with engineers to deliver high-quality, end-to-end software solutions
Work closely with a global team to evolve the platforms architecture and capabilities
Oversee and participate in the release process, ensuring smooth and efficient deployments
Optimize both backend and frontend codebases and infrastructure for performance, scalability, and availability
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in fullstack development with a strong backend foundation
2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, object databases, ElasticSearch/Solr
Solid experience with frontend technologies: TypeScript, JavaScript, Stencil.js, Svelte, CSS, HTML
Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of scalable, high-performance system design
Excellent communication skills in English (B2+)
Nice-to-have: Python, ETL pipelines, big data solutions, Node.js, test automation tools
