Full Stack Lead - TP

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable full-stack applications using React and Java Spring Boot
• Architect and implement microservices-based systems with strong focus on API design and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Guide and mentor engineering teams, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and delivery
• Conduct code reviews and enforce standards around code quality, security, and maintainability
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries across SQL and NoSQL databases
• Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments on GCP
• Ensure applications are containerized and scalable using Docker and Kubernetes (where applicable)
• Drive technical decision-making and contribute to architecture evolution and system modernization
• Ensure adherence to security best practices including OAuth2, JWT, and OWASP guidelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
