Full Stack Engineer - Node.js/React.js

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with a keen eye for user experience and performance optimization. This role requires hands-on technical proficiency, collaboration across teams, and continuous learning to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy modern web applications with a strong focus on user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile and responsiveness of all applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Conduct unit testing to ensure robustness, usability, and reliability of code.
• Diagnose and fix bugs while improving application performance.
• Continuously explore and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, React, and Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with back-end development using Node.js.
• Strong understanding of database systems such as MySQL and MongoDB, and web servers like Apache and Nginx.
• In-depth knowledge of scalable application architecture and design principles.
• Strong unit testing and debugging skills.
• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset toward technical challenges.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps best practices.
