Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and employees at reception.
- Greet and assist guests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage visitor check-in, registration, and access coordination.
- Ensure a welcoming, organized, and professional reception environment at all times.
Customer Service & Communication
- Handle high-volume inquiries from visitors, employees, and vendors efficiently.
- Provide clear, calm, and professional responses to complaints and service issues.
- Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Facilities Support Operations
- Support the facilities management team in day-to-day operations.
- Assist in booking meeting rooms and managing scheduling requests.
- Maintain inventory of office and front desk supplies.
- Process ad-hoc service requests and coordinate with relevant teams.
Incident & Escalation Management
- Follow escalation procedures for incidents and workplace issues.
- Assist in incident reporting and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Maintain documentation related to visitor management and facility operations.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, bookings, and service requests.
- Support documentation and reporting tasks as required.
- Ensure proper handover of information between shifts or teams.
