Job Description

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team. As the face of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining smooth front desk operations.

  • Responsible for the smooth functioning and for the satisfactory rooming and welfare of all guests.
  • Create a positive and motivating work environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee room assignments, reservations, and billing processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve issues.
  • Implement and maintain guest loyalty programs.
  • Monitor and maintain front office equipment and systems.
  • Prepare and analyze daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
  • Promote upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent reading, writing and verbal proficiency in English language.
  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
