Job Description

  • Oversee reception area and front office operations
  • Supervise and train front office staff
  • Develop and implement efficient front office procedures
  • Manage high-level client relations and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Serve as primary point of contact for on-site event management, including setup and catering
  • Conduct regular facility walk-arounds (minimum 15 hours weekly
  • Generate weekly reports for caf operations and events
  • Manage crockery and cutlery inventory, providing regular updates to AFM
  • Support AFM/FM with daily and monthly management information system (MIS) reports
  • Maintain professional grooming standards as per JLL guidelines
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Site Lead, Assistant Manager, or Line Manager.
