Front Office Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive agile delivery as a Scrum Master, ensuring seamless execution.
• Engage with business and technology stakeholders, translating business requirements into technology solutions.
• Own end-to-end technology delivery, from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Provide ongoing support for UAT, test cases, and issue resolution.
• Identify risks and issues early, developing mitigation plans.
• Collaborate on front office platform design for Rates, Commodities, and FX derivatives.
• Manage release cycles and change processes in financial institutions.

Mandatory Skills:

• 8-10 years of experience in banking or product companies.
• Strong Financial Markets technology delivery background.
• Hands-on experience as a Front Office Business Analyst.
• Expertise in Trade Life Cycle and Agile/Traditional project management.
• Solid understanding of scripting, data stores, messaging, and architectures.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with global team collaboration experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex financial institution changes.
