Team Leadership & Management

Front-end Development

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frameworks.
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
• Implement performance optimization strategies and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers.
• Participate in project planning, Agile/Scrum processes, and sprint reviews.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and resolve technical challenges proactively.

Technology & Continuous Learning

• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices.
