Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Reception Management

  • Manage the front desk area and maintain a professional and welcoming environment
  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous manner
  • Ensure reception is always organized, clean, and presentable

Visitor & Security Management

  • Handle visitor check-ins and maintain accurate visitor records
  • Issue security passes/badges as per company security protocols
  • Conduct basic site induction for visitors and vendors when required
  • Maintain records of visitor traffic and front desk activities
  • Coordinate with security personnel and ensure adherence to safety protocols

Communication Handling

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Direct calls and visitors to appropriate departments or personnel
  • Ensure professional telephone and communication etiquette at all times

Administrative Support

  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Manage mail handling and service tickets efficiently
  • Maintain accurate logs and records for daily front desk operations

Coordination & Support Activities

  • Support internal coordination between departments for smooth operations
  • Assist in managing service requests and front office-related queries
  • Ensure timely escalation of security or operational concerns when required
