Role & Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between insurance companies/law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics, and other medical facilities.
• Follow up on medical reports of patients discharged from medical institutes.
• Ensure timely collection of medical documents and reports as per client-defined timelines.
• Maintain clear and professional verbal communication with stakeholders in an international voice process.
• Ensure accurate documentation and escalation of delays or issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Must be a graduate (in any stream).
• Should be dedicated, punctual, and flexible.
