• Eligibility: 12th Pass / Graduate (Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply)
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English and one regional language

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to e-commerce queries
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively
• Maintain call records and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and order-related issues
