Job Description

We are seeking a vigilant Fraud Prevention Representative to safeguard client interests and digital ecosystems. In this role, you will review and analyze cases to prevent and detect fraud, resolving issues through verbal and nonverbal platforms such as chat, text, and email. You will contribute to the safety and security of digital ecosystems by monitoring transactions, investigating suspicious activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze transactions diligently to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to identify patterns and irregularities in data.
  • Investigate suspicious activities thoroughly and implement effective preventive measures.
  • Remember attributes and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to differentiate between legitimate users and malicious actors in complex situations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and refine fraud prevention strategies for various projects.
  • Answer incoming communications from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Connect with and resolve issues for customers using written communication only.

  • Excellent online search skills.
  • Great written communication skills, including impeccable grammar and spelling.
  • Proficiency in computer usage.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including rotating schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed.
  • Strong customer service acumen.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

QUALIFICATION:
