Fpa Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Create annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, identify trends, and perform variance analysis to explain discrepancies between actual results and plans.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to predict future performance, growth, and the impact of business decisions.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports, performance metrics, and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.
• Strategic Support: Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning, capital allocation, and other critical business decisions.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the financial viability of new and existing projects and investments.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and accounting to gather data and align on financial plans.
• Core FP&A Activities: Manage full P&L, control margins and pricing, handle revenue recognition, and maintain accounting concepts.
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
