FM Specialist Core

As an FM Specialist you will be working in Cloud Core Networks for 4G and 5G, on Fault Management (FM) within the core infrastructure of a cloud-based network. You will play a critical role for maintaining the health and stability of telecommunications networks, particularly in complex and large-scale 4G and 5G environments.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• You need to provides 24/7 Support round-the-clock support for core network elements, ensuring timely resolution of network and customer faults.
• You will possess the expertise in troubleshooting and resolving network issues, demonstrating a strong understanding of call flows, IMS & MSC networks, signaling, and network protocols.
• You need to develop, maintain, and execute L2 health checks and scripts to proactively identify and address potential issues.
• You need to Own the managing critical faults and outages, ensuring minimal disruption to network services.
• You will collaborate with L3 support teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You Have:

• B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech with 5-7 years of experience in Telcom Core Networks
• Multiple years of hand-on experience on Cloud Core Network for 4G & 5G, in fault and configuration management.
• In depth understanding of 3G,4G,5G, LTE, Roaming call flows
• Experienced with Cloud core technology 
• Sound Knowledge in all Telecom protocols Specially SIP, MAP, CAMEL, Radio access & Diameter.
• Experienced to provide product level support and can act as Escalation 24/7 support

It would be nice if you also had: 

• Diameter (AVPs & result code), GTP Protocol knowledge
• Working exposure in different versions of Linux and scripting both Perl and shell
