Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Staff management: Supervise and guide employees, handle scheduling, provide training, and address performance issues. 
  • Operations oversight: Ensure the floor runs smoothly by managing daily activities, monitoring staff to ensure policy compliance, and coordinating with other departments. 
  • Customer service: Address customer concerns and complaints, ensure a positive customer experience, and maintain high service standards. 
  • Inventory/Product management: In retail, this includes monitoring stock levels, ensuring product displays are attractive and accurate, and conducting inventory audits. 
  • Production coordination: In a broadcasting setting, this means coordinating with the director, camera crew, and talent to ensure the production schedule is followed. 
  • Safety and cleanliness: Ensure the area is clean, safe, and organized, and that staff adheres to health and safety regulations.
