Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Supervise daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate between departments to maintain smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and manage floor staff to achieve performance targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
- Resolve conflicts, address employee concerns, and maintain a positive work environment.
Quality & Safety Compliance
- Ensure all activities on the floor comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct inspections and audits to maintain operational and safety standards.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily records of production, performance, and incidents.
- Prepare reports for management on operational metrics, staff performance, and workflow challenges.
- Assist in inventory tracking, resource allocation, and material usage.
Process Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements in workflow and processes.
- Implement best practices for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
- Support senior management in strategic planning and operational decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Operations, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in floor management, operations, or production supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality standards, workflow management, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting tools.
