Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

Supervise daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate between departments to maintain smooth workflow and timely task completion.
Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.

Team Management & Leadership

Lead, motivate, and manage floor staff to achieve performance targets.
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
Resolve conflicts, address employee concerns, and maintain a positive work environment.

Quality & Safety Compliance

Ensure all activities on the floor comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
Conduct inspections and audits to maintain operational and safety standards.
Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily records of production, performance, and incidents.
Prepare reports for management on operational metrics, staff performance, and workflow challenges.
Assist in inventory tracking, resource allocation, and material usage.

Process Improvement

Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements in workflow and processes.
Implement best practices for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
Support senior management in strategic planning and operational decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Management, Operations, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in floor management, operations, or production supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of quality standards, workflow management, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting tools.
