Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Supervise daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate between departments to maintain smooth workflow and timely task completion.
  • Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.

Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and manage floor staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Resolve conflicts, address employee concerns, and maintain a positive work environment.

Quality & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure all activities on the floor comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to maintain operational and safety standards.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily records of production, performance, and incidents.
  • Prepare reports for management on operational metrics, staff performance, and workflow challenges.
  • Assist in inventory tracking, resource allocation, and material usage.

Process Improvement

  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements in workflow and processes.
  • Implement best practices for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
  • Support senior management in strategic planning and operational decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in floor management, operations, or production supervision.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of quality standards, workflow management, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting tools.
