Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for floor coatings products such as epoxy, polyurethane, and other related materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions through effective communication.
• Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in technical sales or a related field (floor coatings).
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Tech/B.E., B.Sc.).
• Strong understanding of chemical formulations, polymers, and surface treatments.
