Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Support implementation and production support activities for Oracle FLEXCUBE Corporate Core Banking system
• Work on core banking modules including Fund Transfer, Payments, Bills & Collection, Letters of Credit, Loans, and General Ledger
• Handle application monitoring and ensure SLA compliance for incidents and service requests
• Manage L2/L3 incident escalations and ensure timely resolution as per defined processes
• Provide L1/L2 support for production issues covering both technical and functional aspects
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues using debug logs, capture processes, and system diagnostics
• Support EMS, FLEXML, SWIFT, and EOD (End of Day) processing activities
• Coordinate with offshore development, infrastructure, and database teams for fixes, patches, and enhancements
• Support scheduled maintenance activities such as BCM testing and data center downtime events
• Ensure proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and changes as per audit and compliance standards
• Participate in automation initiatives and continuous service improvement activities
• Guide business users on configuration and functional issues in FLEXCUBE
• Prepare and share regular status reports, defect tracking, and escalation updates with stakeholders and management
• Follow structured release and change management processes for production deployments
• Ensure secure, stable, and high-performance core banking environments in collaboration with infrastructure teams
• Provide on-call support during non-business hours when required
