FIS Quantum/Echos Production Support Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Analysis: Assess customer requirements and provide solutions for complex technical issues.
• Documentation: Create technical diagrams, flowcharts, and supporting documentation for projects.
• Guidance & Mentorship: Support and mentor junior engineers within the team.
• Research & Improvement: Explore new technologies and recommend process improvements.
• Project Planning: Prepare proposals, estimate costs, schedule resources, and evaluate project outcomes.
• Compliance: Ensure systems and processes adhere to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Production Support: Monitor and support FIS Quantum/Echos systems, handle incidents, and ensure smooth operations.
