Job Description

• Lead and manage Fire & Life Safety (FLS) compliance across all client sites

• Ensure timely identification, tracking, and closure of FLS issues with corrective actions

• Monitor and reduce false fire alarms through trend analysis and control measures

• Oversee implementation of Fire & Life Safety programs and corporate safety initiatives

• Manage AED deployment, maintenance, and operational readiness across sites

• Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews of site safety plans and compliance checklists

• Investigate fire-related incidents and ensure root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Maintain and update FLS documentation, SOPs, and emergency response procedures

• Ensure accuracy and updates of FLS systems, portals, and compliance records

• Conduct fire drills, emergency preparedness activities, and post-drill reviews

• Train and guide FM teams, fire wardens, and first aiders on safety protocols

• Coordinate with project teams for fire safety compliance in building construction projects

• Prepare monthly FLS reports and conduct governance meetings with stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with regulatory fire safety standards and corporate policies

• Monitor staffing and ensure adequate fire warden and safety personnel coverage
