Financial Services Management Consultant

Job Overview:

• A minimum of 6 to 15 years of relevant experience in management consulting or direct advisory roles
• Expertise in business technology or operational transformation projects within the Financial Services sector, including Banking, Capital Markets
• Payments, or Risk Compliance
• Full-time MBA from a prestigious business institution; CA qualification is preferred
• Consulting experience with leading consulting firms is highly desirable
• Proven track record in managing large-scale transformation programs and change management initiatives
• Strong background in liaising with client executives and business/IT stakeholders in a consultative environment
• Ability to demonstrate thought leadership and innovate new service offerings to successfully bring them to market
• Willingness to collaborate within a multicultural team, with the flexibility to accommodate multiple time zones as needed

Primary Duties:

• You will lead critical client engagements, working closely with diverse teams from Infosys and clients to ensure successful results
• Your role will also encompass developing branding, thought leadership, and knowledge management initiatives that provide valuable consulting services to help our clients navigate the evolving global landscape
• You will take charge of preparing sales proposals and overseeing engagement delivery efforts

Technical Skills Required:

• Experience in commercial banking, core banking transformation, corporate banking, lending, loans, mortgages, mobile banking, retail banking, and trade finance
• Knowledge of investment banking, market infrastructure, private banking, retirement services, and asset and wealth management

Additional Duties:

• Tier 1 or Tier 2 MBA is mandatory
• Job location will be determined based on business needs
