FINANCIAL SERVICE MANAGER - CSB BANK ( BANCASSURANCE) -CTC UPTO 4.9 LPA + INCENTIVES

• Develop life insurance business through the CSB Bank network.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with bank employees and clients.
• Assess customer requirements and propose appropriate insurance solutions.
• Assist bank branches in meeting their business objectives.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and conduct follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Age: Up to 30 years.
• A degree is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in life insurance, bancassurance, banking, BFSI, or NBFC sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship management abilities are essential.
