Financial Planning Analyst - TM1

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end close, forecasting, and AOP activities by collecting, validating, and processing financial data.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial reports to GBS and Sector teams.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process improvement to enhance finance operations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales Finance, Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, and Control to deliver integrated financial solutions.
• Work closely with IT and consulting teams to test, implement, and improve financial systems and tools.
• Escalate and track system-related issues with IT and Business Design teams; support resolution planning and execution.
• Maintain and monitor data linkages and master data mappings across financial cubes (e.g., Sales Demand to COGS Volume).
