The ideal candidate should be adaptable to selectively accommodate business-driven needs for cross-time-zone collaboration. The Finance Center of Excellence (COE) aims to centralize, standardize, and modernize critical financial operations to enhance scalability, accuracy, and strategic capacity. As a business process owner, the team leads design initiatives and continuous improvements across high-impact financial workflows. • Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and enhance processes based on recurring challenges, stakeholder feedback, data quality issues, or manual efforts.
    • Propose practical improvements that boost accuracy, efficiency, consistency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
    • Assist in documenting workflows, process steps, controls, FAQs, and SOPs to facilitate repeatability, onboarding, and operational resilience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with Finance teams, systems groups, and COE members to gather input, resolve process inquiries, and ensure successful execution of assigned workflows.
    • Communicate effectively regarding process status, risks, challenges, and stakeholder actions required.
    • Coordinate across time zones, including periodic overlap with NAMER and India partners for critical meetings, deliverables, and financial cycles.
    • Translate stakeholder feedback and recurring business needs into clear recommendations for process or reporting enhancements.
    • Promote adoption of standardized procedures by reinforcing process expectations, documentation, and consistent execution practices.
  • Tools, Systems & Automation:
    • Utilize Excel and other financial/reporting tools to develop models, reports, reconciliations, and analytical outputs.
    • Support the adoption of new tools, templates, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and process improvements as applicable.
    • Partner with team members to identify manual tasks that can be automated, streamlined, or better controlled.
    • Assist in testing, validating, and documenting changes related to processes or tools.
  • Culture & Core Values:
    • Foster a team environment rooted in ownership, continuous learning, inclusion, curiosity, and ongoing improvement.
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across locations, functions, and time zones.
    • Exhibit sound judgment, accountability, and professionalism when managing financial data, routine deliverables, and stakeholder interactions.
