JOB DESCRIPTION
Your Responsibilities in This Role Will Include:
Resolution of cost interface errors and closure of the PA module.
Reviewing and validating foreign currency exposures on a monthly basis.
Running Project Status Inquiry (Noetix & Oracle) and compiling reports for period close.
Generating additional invoice and expenditure inquiry reports as needed.
Regularly assessing the accuracy and thoroughness of project costs and revenues.

Your Responsibilities in This Role Will Include:
- Overseeing the monthly reporting cycle to guarantee the timely and precise delivery of financial data to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring adherence to reporting deadlines.
- Compiling the Daily/Monthly flash reports for Orders and Sales at the SYSS/Site level.
- Identifying the appropriate revenue recognition methods for Projects.
- Executing Revenue & COS Recognition in the Oracle system for Projects.
- Performing reconciliations of Control Accounts (WIP/UBR/UER) between the PA (sub ledger) and the General Ledger.
- Conducting month-end evaluations, including EAC movements, Loss Accruals, and Cost Corrections.
- Managing pre-close accruals, reclassification of timesheets, and timesheet analysis.
- Maintaining project details in Oracle, encompassing:
Resolution of cost interface errors and closure of the PA module.
Reviewing and validating foreign currency exposures on a monthly basis.
- Producing project financial reports, which include:
Running Project Status Inquiry (Noetix & Oracle) and compiling reports for period close.
Generating additional invoice and expenditure inquiry reports as needed.
Regularly assessing the accuracy and thoroughness of project costs and revenues.
- Reconciliation of backlog and accurate reporting of FX Backlog.
- Aging analysis of WIP and UBR.
- Conducting monthly variance analysis (GP Tracking including Non-Project Orders).
- Engaging in the monthly forecasting (POR) process to ensure proper backlog phasing.
- Assisting with segment reporting—Product Group & KOB.
- Preparing post month-end reports for Site & BU management.
- Collaborating with Business Unit Financial Analysts during month-end close to provide financial details and explanations regarding variances.
- Supporting Annual Budgets, mid-year reviews, and Operations Reviews.
- Assisting with WIP Count & Inventory Analysis.
- Contributing to the Annual Audit process.
- Participating in Project Reviews (Monthly and Quarterly)

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:
- Up to 3 years of experience as a Finance Professional in the FP&A domain.
- Practical experience with ERP systems, MS Office, and reporting tools.
- A self-starting attitude.
- The ability to balance stakeholder needs, adapt to situations, and manage complexities and ambiguity.
- Creative thinking skills, self-driven, and self-motivated.
- A commitment to high accuracy standards and exceptional organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Qualification as a Chartered Accountant or CMA with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience in finance.
- Foundational understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Familiarity with Oracle and Oracle SmartView systems.
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools.
