Finance :

• Assist in financial data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation.

IT :

Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure. Help manage software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements. Support IT security initiatives and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Legal :

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of legal memoranda.
• Maintain and organize legal files and documentation.
• Assist with corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance.

Licensing :

• Manage the licensing process for the company's products or services.
• Assist in negotiating licensing agreements and renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of licensing agreements and terms.
• Support licensing compliance efforts and address any licensing-related issues.
