Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect financial information and align budgets with organizational objectives.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Review and reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
• Implement and monitor financial policies, procedures, and internal controls for compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and financial examinations.
• Provide support, mentorship, and guidance to finance team members to promote a collaborative work environment.
• Stay updated on evolving financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (M.Com preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least some managerial or supervisory exposure.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, compliance standards, and reporting best practices.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation and reporting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
