Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting as per US GAAP, IFRS, or IndAS standards.
• Support Trade Operations & Settlement teams by performing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations and attestation procedures.
• Establish processes, policies, procedures, and control frameworks to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Operate within ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial statements and disclosures relevant to broker-dealer operations.
• Manage legal entity closings and audits.
• Collaborate with Trading, Trade Operations, and external consultants to drive optimal financial outcomes.
• Be flexible to work across multiple finance functions including Accounting, Treasury, Settlements, and Reporting.
• Develop subject-matter expertise (SME) in accounting, reporting, and regulatory requirements within the digital asset space.
• Multi-task, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure to meet internal deadlines.
