Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Operations

  • Handle basic accounting activities including bookkeeping and financial data entry.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Support preparation of financial statements and reports.

Finance Support Activities

  • Assist in routine finance operations such as invoicing, billing, and reconciliation.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related documentation.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for management review.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain proper documentation of accounting records.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements when needed.
