Finacle_Q3FY27_Technology Lead (Java)

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate user needs and conceptualize system features and functionalities
• Develop, construct, and sustain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code by establishing expectations and prioritizing features throughout the development lifecycle
• Detect bottlenecks and bugs, proposing system solutions by weighing the advantages and disadvantages of custom development
• Participate in team meetings, addressing development and production challenges across various environments and operating systems
• Comprehend Architecture Requirements and ensure effective activities in Design Development, Validation, and Support

Technical Requirements:

• Core competencies in Technology Java, Core Java, and Java Springboot

Additional Responsibilities:

• Minimum
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Thorough understanding of design challenges and best practices
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles
• Familiarity with various design architectural patterns and the software development lifecycle
• Experience with both external and embedded databases
• Designing database schemas that align with and support business processes
• Implementing automated testing frameworks and unit tests
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Capable of effective communication with remote teams
• Willingness to travel as needed
