Monitoring alerts generated through tools and taking appropriate actions by coordinating with respective teams.
Basic knowledge in any monitoring tools (Like VuSmartmaps, Dynatrace, etc,.).
Scheduling Planned activities by ensuring follow up on UAT signoff, production downtime confirmation.
Gaps Closure, Vulnerability closure.
Compliance activities like OS patching, server maintenance.
Port opening/firewall related process
CR execution for application deployments
Backend updates in the database.
SSL Certificate renewal and tracking.
Backup policies maintenance & review
Inventory maintenance.
Knowledge on Finacle(CBS).
Unix/Linux scripting knowledge.
SQL query writing
Data purging knowledge
DR drill responsibilities to be taken
Knowledge on upgradation/ migration activities
Automation of existing manual process using the tools like Control-M and Robotics
SOP documentation on new process and maintaining it
Involvement in Audit
