FileNet Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers working on FileNet-based and ECM solutions
• Plan, manage, and deliver complex technical projects within defined scope, timelines, and quality standards
• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing FileNet P8 and ECM solutions
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance through best practices, code reviews, and testing standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues across FileNet and integrated enterprise systems
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, system configurations, and operational procedures
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, architecture, and system performance
• Ensure adherence to security standards, enterprise policies, and regulatory requirements
