FileNet Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and mentor a team of developers and engineers working on FileNet solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and timely completion.
• Design and architect scalable and robust ECM/FileNet-based systems aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional IT teams.
• Ensure system quality, performance, and reliability through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in FileNet environments.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems, configurations, and workflows.
