Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage Dev, UAT, and Prod environments across multiple geographies (HK, UK, US).
- Provide L3 Support, handling escalations from BAST or L2 teams.
- Support development teams on tasks related to ACCE, FEM, and CMAC.
- Deploy solutions and implement minor changes in CM Builder.
- Coordinate with clients, development teams, and operations teams (e.g., BAST, WAS, DBAs, L2) for release activities.
- Inform and collaborate with stakeholders such as eShare and Legal for any environment changes.
- Raise and manage PMRs with IBM, providing required details and follow-ups.
