FileNet Engineer

• Manage FileNet environments across Dev, UAT, and Production globally

• Provide L3 support for production incidents and escalations

• Support development tasks related to ACCE, FEM, and CMAC tools

• Handle deployment activities and minor configuration changes

• Coordinate with multiple teams including DBAs, WAS, and operations teams

• Communicate environment changes to stakeholders and manage approvals

• Raise and manage PMRs with IBM and provide required technical details
