- Qualifications:
- Essential:
- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Desired:
- Bachelor's Degree (BE) in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide service support for complex BMS, IBMS, Security Systems, and Life Safety Systems.
- Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance jobs to ensure 100% compliance with operational parameters.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA), Operational Turnaround (OTA), and On-Time Completion (OTC).
- Lead and manage a team of Service Engineers (both HAIL/Subcontract payroll).
- Achieve Order Booking, Revenue, and Collection targets every month.
- Coordinate with the customer-facing team to address all service requirements and maintain relationships.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, BMS, IBMS, FAS, Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, etc.
- Desired:
- Familiarity with Honeywell BMS, EBI, and related systems.
- Additional Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to handle and lead a team of engineers (HAIL/Subcontract payroll).
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Results-oriented and hardworking mindset.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar domain.
