Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for customer equipment, components, and pumps to ensure proper operation and meet performance specifications.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, and propose solutions directly to customers, including on-site visits.
  • Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
  • Maintain accurate and organized engineering documentation, including drawings, scope documents, RFIs, and maintenance logs.
  • Complete service documentation on time, including timesheets, service/repair reports, daily logs, and expense reports.
  • Collaborate with teams for troubleshooting, debugging, and integration responsibilities.
  • Assist in installation and commissioning of high vacuum equipment and associated systems.
  • Provide customer training and guidance on equipment usage and maintenance.
