Job Overview:
- Act as a Field Service Engineer / Senior Engineer and Lifecycle Project Services Specialist.
- Handle Small Expansion, Ad-hoc, Add-On Batch, and Small Logic & Graphics Development projects within Lifecycle Services.
- Implement Cybersecurity Solutions, conduct workshops for BCA & SES, and manage GSS Software Drive initiatives.
- Provide support and documentation for DeltaV Upgrade Projects in accordance with SMO standards.
- Deliver PSS - DeltaV DCS services, including AMC, PWAMC, PWCAMC, ST100, ST200, and perform chargeable service visits as required within the region.
- Offer Technical Support for Guardian / Essential Support Customers, DeltaV Batch, DeltaV SIS, SIS Charms, DeltaV Charms, VIM, third-party communications, system maintenance, and in-house service support.
- Identify leads for Lifecycle Service business opportunities.
- Deliver services in compliance with SMO standards.
- Executing all Small Expansion, Ad-hoc, Add-On Batch, and Small Logic & Graphics Development projects under Lifecycle Services in the North Region, and other regions as necessary.
- Supporting DeltaV Upgrade projects, including witnessing SAT and overseeing Project to Service Handover according to standard checklists.
- Implementing cybersecurity solutions effectively.
- Leading sales enablement programs for BCA, SES, generating reports and conducting workshops with customers to create leads, with an expected revenue generation of 40-50 KUSD in the region.
- Attaining Professional Certification to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Cybersecurity, Virtualization, DeltaV SIS, and DeltaV Live.
- Providing system support for Guardian, DeltaV Batch, DeltaV SIS, Charms SIS, DeltaV Charms, VIM, third-party communication, system maintenance, and in-house service support as required.

For This Position, You Will Need:
- Technical: Capable team player and self-motivated contributor. Works effectively within a team and is also proficient in independent work.
- Basic understanding of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) is essential.
- Familiarity with the Pharma/Chemical Industry or Refinery processes is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Batch processes, Profibus, Foundation Fieldbus, Networking, Safety Systems, handling of Charms I/O, and proficiency in Cybersecurity and AMS is preferred.
- Collaboration: Receives mentorship guidance and works together with team members to complete tasks as necessary, while also leading interactions with other sites and departments to meet project goals.
- Customer Orientation: Engages with customers frequently, working collaboratively within a team and alongside a senior engineer when required. Able to independently interface with customers or the sales force to support project and business goals.
- Industry Insight: Takes initiative to understand the industry landscape, including project execution, service offerings, EPM market trends, customer segments, and overall business requirements.
- Solution Development: Follows direction from a Senior Service Engineer for smaller service projects. Maintains a strong foundational knowledge and is developing expertise in a specific service area, holding or pursuing relevant certifications while enhancing skills within the identified product and certification domains.
- Process Improvement: Actively engages in learning and applying process improvement methodologies. Participates in implementing process changes and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Educational Background: B.E. / B. Tech (Instrumentation / ECE/ Electrical). Candidates with degrees in other engineering disciplines and relevant experience may also be considered.
