Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients, understanding their requirements and addressing concerns.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and customers in the field.

Sales and Marketing Activities

  • Promote company products/services and generate leads.
  • Achieve sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.

Field Operations and Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Collect and report field data to the management team for strategic planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities, and client interactions.

Problem Solving and Customer Support

  • Address customer issues promptly and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
  • Provide timely updates to management on field challenges and opportunities.
  • Suggest improvements in processes and field strategies based on ground insights.

Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and field strategy sessions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in field sales, client servicing, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
