Job Description

Core responsibilities

  • Oversee operations: Supervise and coordinate field activities, from security operations to project implementation and staff management. 
  • Data collection and reporting: Gather, analyze, and report on field data, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. 
  • Liaison and communication: Act as the main point of contact between the central office and the field, communicating with stakeholders like local authorities, community members, and clients. 
  • Compliance and safety: Ensure that all field activities comply with company policies, project plans, and health and safety regulations. 
  • Problem-solving: Address and resolve issues that may occur on-site. 
  • Staff support: Provide training and support to field staff and manage personnel-related tasks.
