Field Coach – Beauty Retail

Your primary focus will be to drive retail sales and improve the customer experience through the coaching and development of Beauty Advisors. This position is essential in ensuring that Beauty Advisors acquire the necessary product knowledge, sales abilities, and service techniques to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer consistent on-the-job coaching and training to Beauty Advisors covering product knowledge, selling strategies, customer service excellence, beauty consultations, and makeup application techniques.
• Organize group training sessions and workshops that focus on new product launches, seasonal marketing efforts, and brand initiatives.
• Design and implement engaging in-store events and promotions aimed at enhancing customer interaction and boosting sales.
• Perform regular store visits to observe, assess, and provide constructive feedback on performance.
• Evaluate sales data to establish Beauty Advisor and store objectives, and apply strategies to enhance sales and increase market share.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a GCE 'O' Level, Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in cosmetic or skincare sales and training within a luxury retail environment.
• Demonstrated strong coaching and mentoring capabilities with a focus on developing and motivating team members.
• Expertise in skincare and makeup artistry techniques and application.

Working Hours / Days: 5-day work week, 2 rotating shifts: 10AM – 6PM and 12PM – 8PM
